About Christopher Cocchiarella
Here’s more about me, including my professional and academic background, as well as some of the articles, papers, and media that I’ve created over the years.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked as a professional writer and experience designer. My areas of expertise include user experience (UX) content strategy, technical communication, learning design, and conversational AI. Using my background in the study of language, I craft professional and educational content for websites and mobile apps, user guides, online tutorials, and AI assistants.
Outside of work, my interests are pretty diverse. I’m an avid reader of mythology and philosophy, a psychology and linguistics geek, and a grammar nerd. I can speak Spanish and Italian—and I’m currently working on learning some Neapolitan. I’m also a jazz aficionado with a particular love for the swing era.
